In Ghana, there are several grades or ranks of teachers. The highest amongst them is the university lecturers.

  3. Thank you for the piece of information. But point of correction, Teachers are not paid by the Ministry of Health through the Accountant General Department. Instead they are paid by the Ministry of Education through the Controller and Accountant General’s Department. Thanks
