Winfried Bausback is a German politician and lawyer who was born on October 22, 1965, in Aschaffenberg. Not only is he a politician and a lawyer but he is also a University professor. It must be noted that he has been the chairman for public law especially European and International business law at the University of Wuppertal since 2007.
Winfried Bausback became a member of the Bavarian State Parliament in 2008. He served as the State Minister of Justice between October 2013 and November 2018. He was in his capacity as the State Minister of Justice in the Seehofer II and Soder I cabinets.
