Marion Kracht is a German actress, director, speaker and author . She was born on December 5, 1962 in Munich. Her father is artist, Fritz-André Kracht.
When Marion Kracht was only five years old, she was already appearing in TV films and commercials. She played the role of the adolescent Tony Buddenbrook in the television adaptation of Thomas Mann’s novel The Buddenbrooks when she was 14 years old.
She also featured in the children’s series Das feuerrote Spielmobil and in Babbelgamm .
Between 1982 and 1984, Marion Kracht learned the tenets of acting under the tutelage of Ursula Neureuther in Munich.
She attended the Herbert Berghoff Drama School in New York in 1988 and between 1991 and 1995, she completed further training in improvisation with Keith Johnstone in Berlin.
Marion Kracht also had voice training from Annette Goeres from 1998 and she also had the likes of Sigrid Andersson, Jens Roth and Frank Betzelt as her voice coaches.
