Why is it so hard to put up a simple table of prices and departures that can be changed easily? Is there no single person in your organisation that can work on a computer? You would save yourselves a lot of unnecessary phone calls. If you add a simple reservation and payment system, you would also speed up the process and know how many passengers you will have in advance preventing overbooking or people going all the way to your terminal and not getting a seat.
