Pilot Salary in Ghana

A person working as a Pilot in Ghana typically earns around GH¢ 8,490.00 per month.

The Salaries for pilots in Ghana, range from GH¢3,990.00 GHS (lowest) to GH¢ 13,400.00 (highest).

This is the average monthly salary including housing, transport, and other benefits.

It is important to note that pilot salaries vary drastically based on experience, skills, gender, or location.

Salaries can vary due to years of experience. 

Naturally the more years of experience, the higher your wage. A Pilot with less than two years of experience makes approximately GH¢4,600.00 per month.

While someone with an experience level between two and five years is expected to earn GH¢6,350 per month and so on.

When the education level is Certificate or Diploma, the average salary of a Pilot is GHS 5,500.00 per month. However, someone with a Bachelor’s Degree gets a salary of GHS 8,700.00 per month.

  1. I’m a student of Kumasi technical University. It is my passion to become a pilot but the finance is very bad. I wish I could afford to the tuition but it is hard for me. Please can they make it on loan so that after completion, they will be deducting from the salary?
