Michael Ohnmacht is known to have passed his Abitur in 1989 and later between 1989 and 1991, he completed his community service. Michael Ohnmacht studied Islamic studies, oriental languages, public law and modern and contemporary history at the Universities of Heidelberg, Damascus, Strasbourg and Freiburg.
