Michael Dusek got noticed at age 19 when he was transferred from SV Niederwörresbach to 1. FC Kaiserslautern.

He played majority of his career games for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in the German Bundesliga. From a total of 210 appearances, Michael Dusek netted 10 goals as a defender.
