The parents of Meghan Markle are Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle Sr. Doria Ragland was born in 1956 and she was a social worker and former makeup artist.
On the other hand, Thomas Markle Sr. was born in 1944. He was an Emmy Award-winning television lighting director and director of photography.
Meghan Markle indicates that her father is Caucasian whereas her mother is African -American. Her parents separated when she was just two years old. Four years after their separation, they divorced.
