Anne Hathaway is an American actress born in Brooklyn borough of New York City on November 12, 1982. She was born to Gerald and Kate Hathaway. Gerald Hathaway is a labor attorney and Kate Hathaway is a former actress.
Anne Hathaway has an older brother and a younger brother. Michael is the older brother whereas Thomas is the younger one. At age 6, Anne Hathaway was staying in Millburn, New Jersey and as a child, he was associated with Paper Mill Playhouse.
She appeared in several productions and when she was eight years old, she became more enthused about stage plays when she watched her mother perform in the first national tour of Les Misérables.
However, her parents were not so much interested in Anne Hathaway becoming an actress. Anne Hathaway had her education at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School and Wyoming Elementary School in Millburn.
She took part in Once Upon a Mattress while a student at Millburn High School. Anne Hathaway also featured in Jane Eyre and Gigi, at New Jersey’s Paper Mill Playhouse. She became the first teenager to have been admitted into the Barrow Group Theatre Company’s acting program as she studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1993.
Initially, she studied English and Political Science Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York but later on got a transfer to New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
From 1998 to 1999, Anne Hathaway was part of the All-Eastern U.S. High School Honours Chorus where she sang soprano and she also got involved in so many plays at Seton Hall Preparatory School in West Orange, New Jersey.
She got the opportunity to star in the Fox television series Get Real and also starred in The Princess Diaries (2001).
She has received so many awards some of which include Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Primetime Emmy Award.

His name is Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman and he was born specifically on March 24, 2016. The second son of Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman is Jack Shulman. He was born in November 2019.
