Below are the simple steps you can follow to track your Maersk shipment online without any stress or hustle. 

1. Visit www.maersk.com on your device. 

2. Click Tracking in the top menu and use Track shipments to search for a shipment.

3. Enter the Shipment, Bill of lading, or container number and click SEARCH.
                                                       OR 
On the Track shipments box, enter Shipment, Bill of lading, or container number and click SEARCH.

4. There! You can get every information relating to your shipment.

1. How to access and make use of the Shipment Overview?

The Shipment Overview provides a detailed picture of all of your shipments. You can use the filters in your overview to display shipments with specified from/to locations or vessels, as well as shipments for which the Shipping Instruction or VGM (Verified Gross Mass) has not yet been submitted.

You can also be notified through email when your documents are ready or if a shipment undergoes timetable changes.

1. Click Account located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.

2. Click on Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview – Export to track shipments or to search for a shipment.

Now you can select:

• Search – to search for a specific shipment
• Filter – to filter the overview
• Shipment no. – to view the shipment details
• Pending Tasks – to get an overview of the pre-shipment tasks you need to complete
• Awaiting Maersk – to see an overview of the tasks awaiting completion by us
• ETA Changes – to view schedule changes and new schedule updates

2. How to get access to and make use of the Shipment Binder?

The Shipment Binder contains all of the information you need about a shipment, as well as any outstanding responsibilities. This is the place to go if you need to make changes to a shipment, such as changing the shipment details or submitting or amending the Shipping Instruction or VGM (Verified Gross Mass).

1. Click Account located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.

2. Click on Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview or use Track shipments to search for a shipment. When you have found the relevant shipment, click on it to access the Shipment Binder to track shipments or to search for a shipment.

3. Now you can select:

• Overview – to see an overview of the details of the shipment
• Documents – to see the shipment documentation
• Containers – to see an overview of the containers within a shipment
• Pricing – to see prices and payment information
• Log – to see a list of actions taken regarding the shipment
• Additional Services – to see a list of Value Added Services that are available

4. To make amendments to the booking or submit documents, select the Overview tab. From here you can:

• Amend your booking/shipment details
• Cancel bookings
• Submit documents, including the Verified Gross Mass (VGM)
• Duplicate an existing booking
• Import delivery orders
