Entry Requirements For Undergraduate Diploma Programmes
Individuals holding General Certificate of Education (G.C.E) ‘O’ Level must have: A minimum of 5 passes i.e. from 1-8 in 5 subjects; including English, Mathematics and Science or Agriculture.
Individuals holding General Certificate of Education (G.C.E) ‘A’ Level must have:
Passes in the G.C.E ‘O’ Level in English, Mathematics, General Science or Health Science or Agriculture.
Individuals holding SSSCE certificate must have 6 passes i.e. A-D in all subjects. Three of out of this 6 subjects must be at least credit (i.e 6). individuals should have a pass in English, Mathematics and Science.
Individuals holding WASSCE certificate must have at least 6 passes; A-D. Three subjects out of the six (most preferably English, Mathematics and Science) must be credit passes (i.e. C6).
Individuals with the Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) must have passes in at least three subject, with the passes being at least Grade D. Applicants must also have 5 passes in five subjects in the General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE). Preferred subjects for the passes includes English, Mathematics and Science.

How To Apply For KNUST Distance Learning
- Applicants must purchase an e-voucher from Ecobank, GCB and CBG and visit https://apps.knust.edu.gh/admissions to complete an online application.
- Make sure its a Distance Learning Forms you purchased and not regular forms.
- A copy of the filled application form should be printed out and posted via mail to the below address. This form should be submitted with every requested document.
