Early Life and Education
Felix Lobrecht was born in Mettingen, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and his mother passed away from breast cancer in 1993. Growing up in the Gropiusstadt area of Neukölln, Lobrecht faced the challenges of puberty and education in a harsh environment.
He went to the Hannah-Arendt-Gymnasium in Rudow’s Neukölln neighborhood, but in 2003, his peculiar conduct led to his expulsion. He completed his secondary school leaving certificate at the Clay Comprehensive School in 2005 after continuing his schooling there.
After that, he worked for a fitness facility and a wholesale plant company until 2008, when he was granted entrance to a technical college. He persevered in his studies despite setbacks, earning his general university entry certificate in 2012. Before opting to enroll in the social sciences program at Humboldt University in Berlin, Lobrecht attended several universities to study political science and economics.
Career
Lobrecht’s creative career started with little breakdance shows in Berlin ten years before he became well-known. Since 2015, he has gained recognition for his stand-up comedy performances. His characteristic Berlin accent is frequently used to enthrall audiences with ridiculous anecdotes, terrible jokes, and deliberate pauses.
His appearances on Cologne Comedy Night XXL and Comedy Champions 2016 on RTL-II helped him become more well-known in 2016. Lobrecht’s first live tour, known as “kenn ick,” kicked out in 2020 to showcase his distinct and humorous style. Dieter Nuhr’s “Nuhr from 18” and 1LIVE lecture hall comedy were two of the amusing events in which he took part.
