Interestingly, the competition’s favorite, Sandra Wild, had chosen not to win, as she declined a record contract with Sony BMG due to significant differences. Following her MusicStar victory, Fabienne released her debut single “Wach uf” sung in Swiss German on March 23, 2007, which swiftly claimed the 10th position on the Swiss Single Charts. Her album titled “Schwarz of Wiiss” was released on May 4, 2007, further solidifying her position in the Swiss music scene.
