Elton John was born on March 25, 1974, and can be described as a British singer, pianist and composer. He is well known and recognized by critics and musicians for his world in the 1970s and the impact he has on the music industry.

He was the Chairman and director of Watford Football Club between 1976 and 1987 and again between 1997 and 2002. Elton John is an honorary life president of the football club.

He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1992 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Elton John is a fellow of the Ivors Academy and he was Knighted by Elizabeth II. He was appointed a member of the Order of the Companions of Honour in 2020.
