Torben Blech was born on February 12, 1995, in Siegen and he can be described as a German athlete. He was a decathlete for several years but later on focused on the pole vault. With respect to education, Torben Blech is said to study psychology at the University of Cologne.
It must be noted that he started getting involved in pole vault when he was about 14 or 15 years old. He is known to have been active in pole vaulting since 2012. Torben Blech was the German U23 champion in the decathlon in 2016 .
He placed second in the German U23 4 x 100 meter relay. Torben Blech took home the relay title and a bronze medal in the pole vault when he participated in the German U23 Championships in 2017. With respect to the decathlon, he only managed to finish 9th at the U23 European Championships.
In 2017, Blech won the relay title and bronze in the pole vault at the German U23 Championships. In the decathlon, he reached 9th place at the U23 European Championships.
In 2018, Blech did not compete in the decathlon due to injury.
With the baton, he achieved 6th place at the German Championships. He stopped the decathlon in 2019. Over the years, Torben Blech has achieved so much.
