Michael “Bully” Herbig can be said to be a German comedian and actor. Michael “Bully” Herbig was born on April 29, 1968, and he started off his career as a comedian and actor in 1992. He is known to have made over 800 appearances on radio and he has also been on several television shows.
It must be noted that through his work as writer, actor and director of the comedy show Bullyparade, he became more popular and experienced fame. With respect to Bullyparade, he was the host and had the likes of Rick Kavanian, Christian Tramitz and Diana Herold as a dancer and occasional actress in the skits.
The first show of Bullyparade was in 2001 and it was titled Der Schuh des Manitu (“Manitou’s Shoe”). It was watched by over 11.7 million people and it is said to be one of the most successful German films to date. He subsequently worked on (T)Raumschiff Surprise – Periode 1 in 2004.
He released the film Balloon in 2018 for which he was the director, screenwriter and producer. Michael “Bully” Herbig won the 2001 Bavarian Film Awards (Special Prize).
