Admission Requirements For Maranatha University College
You should not, that Maranatha University College is very particular about good morals.
Meaning if you want to be admitted into the institution you have to be ready to accept and go by their policy on moral and ethical code of conduct.
Behaviors like; drug abuse, sexual immorality, smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are forbidden.

For students who who has the West African Examination Council (WAEC) Certificate must meet these requirements;
For a student holding Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE); student is required to have a minimum grade of D in three core subjects.
This core subjects should of course be English, Mathematics and Integrated Science. Social Studies might be considered to replace one core.
Also student must have at least grade D in three elective subjects.
West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) holders;
Must have at least grade C6 or better in three core subjects, which as usual includes English, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies. Same is required for three elective subjects.
Students with General Certificate of Education Advanced Level are required to have at least a grade D pass in at least three of their subjects.
Also the Advanced level holder is required to have credits in at least five GCE ordinary levels subjects like English, Mathematics and Integrated Science.
Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) holders;
Are required to have passed a minimum of three subjects with a grade of at least D or better. Also, ABCE students are supposed to have had credits in at least five subjects in the GBCE. Subjects such as English, Mathematics and Social studies.
Maranatha University College admit mature student from 25 and above. Mature students have different requirements. Their requirements are as follows;
Requirements For Mature Students
Applicant must be at least 25 years.
Applicant must provide authorized proof for their age, which should have been active for over five years .
Applicant must provide a recommendation letter from an employer as a proof of good conduct.
Applicant must pass the exam set by the institution as a national requirement for every institution.
Also Applicant is required to have credit in English and Mathematics.
To add to these requirements, there are other requirements according to various programs and their duration.
For Four Year Program Applicants
Student must have passed at least six core subject including English, Mathematics and Integrated science. Having an aggregate of at least 24.
For Three Year Program Applicants
Applicants must have five passes in GCE ‘o’ Level with at least a credit scores in English and Mathematics and at least three social science subjects.
Also the Applicant must have at least 3 passes in in advanced levels with grades of at least D.
If a student holds a Diploma in Business Studies with not less than three credits, he re she can apply for a three year program.
Two Year Diploma Programs
Applicants are required to have at least a second class lower grade in the area of specialization or the area one wants to pursue.
