Katerina Jacob was born on March 1, 1958, and she can be described as a German actress. Currently, she is both a German citizen as well as a Canadian citizen.
It must be noted that when Katerina Jacob was just 15 years old, she played her first role in a TV mini-series titled The Red Scarf through her mother. Later on, she became widely known in 1977 after she had played the lead role in a film.
She had training in acting at the prestigious Institute of Lee Strasberg in New York. She had her first experience on stage in 1980 when she played a role in Faust 1 at the Bad Hersfelder Festspiele.
Over the years, Katerina Jacob has played different roles in several films and television productions. She played a role in the series Alle Meine Tochter and she made an appearance in the series Der Bulle von Tolz in which she played the role of Detective Inspector Sabrina Lorenz.
