David Rendel grew up in Raunheim and that’s where he had his education as a kid. He attended the Max Planck High School in Rüsselsheim.
David Rendel successfully completed Max Planck High School in 2009. Right after his High school education, he enrolled at Johannes Gutenberg University. The Johannes Gutenberg University is located in Mainz and while at the University, David Rendel studied Political Science and Philosophy.
When David Rendel was just about 21 years old, he had the job of an editorial assistant at ZDF. He spent two years at ZDF and did his best as the editorial assistant but later, he moved to Radio FFH. At Radio FFH, he worked as a service editor.
With his studies in Political Science at Johannes Gutenberg University, David Rendel started his career in politics after school.
Between 2013 and 2018, he worked as a student assistant. His role was to manage the offices of the then member of the Bundestag Gerold Reichenbach and later of the member of the state parliament Kerstin Geis.
He received his Diploma in Finance as part of a dual course of study he took at the Federal University. David Rendel worked as the Press officer at the main customs office in Frankfurt. He has also been a member of the PD parliamentary group since 2016 and has been the head of the city council for a good two years.
His aim is to offer good education for everyone and he also sees himself as an advocate for climate protection and digitization.
After the death of Thomas Jühe due to a serious illness in December 2022, David Rendel took part in elections for a successor. He won the elections to become a Mayor of Raunheim (Groß-Gerau district).
David Rendel won the contest against five other contestants but won with 55.12 percent of the votes. Uwe Rauhut (CDU) received 5.42 percent, Ugur Demiral (Greens) 2.0; Mohammed Ghazi (independent) 28.15; Volker Schalle (independent) 6.38 and Christos Evdokiou (independent) got 2.92 percent. Voter turnout was 48.69 percent.
It is however not known when David Rendel will take office.
David Rendel Raunheim Parents
There isn’t much information about the parents of David Rendel Raunheim.
Meanwhile ,he has taken oath of office on the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany and the constitution of the State of Hesse.
His term began on April 1,2023 and he would be Mayor for a six-year term.
The margin of votes he had against Uwe Rauhut (CDU), Ugur Demiral (Greens), Mohammed Ghazi (independent),Volker Schalle (independent) and Christos Evdokiou (independent) proved that he is the obvious choice of the residents of Raunheim.
