Chandler Halderson is a Canadian born in 1998 in Windsor, Canada to Bart Halderson and Krista Halderson. He became very famous in the country and beyond for the gruesome murder of his parents.
Chandler and his parents, were living their normal lives without any attention from the public in Windsor, Wisconsin before the incident happened. The incident, which happened in July 2021 received a lot of attention from the public because of the revelations that came out during the investigations and trial.
Chandler has since been sentenced to life in prison without having the possibility of parole for the murder and dismemberment of his parents, Bart and Krista Halderson.

Mitchell actually testified in court when Chandler was been trialed and also helped in the search of his parents. He wasn’t living with his parents when the incident occurred probably because he was an adult hence moved out to start his own family.
According to him, he was surprised when he learnt that his parents had gone to their cabin in Langlade County on July 4, because if that were the case, his mother would have told him.
He then decided to drive about three hours from his location to their cabin after all attempts to reach them proved futile. With the help of members of the Langlade County Sheriff department, Mitchell searched for his parents but they were no where to be found.
According to him, “I wanted to do something myself about it. I felt like I needed to do something”. He also contacted the possible families his parents could have taken the supposed trip with but they all turned out not to be the one.
