Bang Chan Biography
Bang Chan, a multifaceted artist and well-known figure in the music business, was born on October 3, 1997, in Seoul, South Korea.
He began a fantastic journey that led him to become a renowned performer and the leader of the boy band Stray Kids as the oldest son among his two siblings, Hannah and Lucas.
Bang Chan was born in Sydney, Australia, and moved around a lot as a child, living in many places.

On October 11, 2017, Bang Chan’s identity was made public when JYP Entertainment presented his image and name as a component of the upcoming survival show, Stray Kids.
Bang Chan demonstrated his leadership abilities and steadfast dedication as the head of the nine-member “Male Group Project” he and J.Y. Park created. He officially made his debut as the leader of the boy band Stray Kids on December 19, 2017.
Bang Chan officially made his debut with Stray Kids on March 26, 2018, with the release of the mini-album “I am NOT.”
Along with his responsibilities as the group’s leader and lead dancer, he actively participated in Stray Kids’ discography’s composition, songwriting, and arrangement as a sub-vocalist and composer.
