Anne Heche was an American actress, director , screenwriter and producer. She was born on May 25, 1969 in Aurora, Ohio. The father of Anna Heche was Donald Heche who was an organist, choir director and founder of a Baptist Church. Nancy Pickett was Anna Heche’s mother and she was a conversion therapy activist.
Anna Heche was the youngest of five children.
Strangely, in an autobiography of Anna Heche titled Call Me Crazy she indicates that for the first 12 years of her life, she was raped by her father. She also revealed that her father transferred vaginal herpes to her. It should be noted that her father died in 1983 due to AIDS.
Anne Heche ‘s career began at age 12 and she was a chorus singer in a cafe-theater. She was discovered at age 15 by a talent scout at a time when she was playing as an amateur at the theater of her high school.
When Anne Heche was 17 years old and had graduated, she relocated to New York where she played a role in Another World. She was in Another World for four years and in 1991, she won a Daytime Emmy Award.
Anna Heche Accident
Anne Heche got involved in a serious car accident on August 5, 2022. The accident occurred in Los Angeles when she was driving a Mini Clubman.
According to reports, Anne Heche crashed her car into the garage of a building and after restarting the car, she drove into a villa.
Subsequently, her car caught fire. About sixty firefighters came to her aid. She fell into a coma and according to reports attributed to her family, she was not expected to survive due to a severe anoxic brain injury.
She was then pronounced dead on August 11, 2022.
Relationship
She was with Ellen DeGeneres for three and a half years. They were in a relationship. However, in 2001, Anne Heche got married to Coleman Laffoon and they had a son.
Anne Heche and Coleman Laffoon separated in 2007 and finally divorced two years later. Anne Heche gave birth to a son, Atlas from a relationship she had with James Tupper.
She and James Tupper went their separate ways in 2018. Anne Heche also got involved with actor Thomas Jane but the year 2020 saw their separation.
