Early Life and Education

After earning his Abitur in Bad Homburg in 1977, Peter Kloeppel started his career in journalism. His original course of action was to study agriculture at Göttingen. His actual calling, however, lay elsewhere, so he grasped the chance to study at Hamburg’s illustrious Henri-Nannen School from 1983 to 1985. Career

In 1985, Kloeppel joined the network’s Bonn studio, beginning his career there.
