Early Life and Education

After earning his Abitur in Bad Homburg in 1977, Peter Kloeppel started his career in journalism. His original course of action was to study agriculture at Göttingen. He initially entered the world of RTL Television while still a student at this institution, setting the groundwork for his illustrious career.

Career

In 1985, Kloeppel joined the network’s Bonn studio, beginning his career there. As soon as his commitment and reporting abilities were acknowledged, he was appointed the network’s first reporter in New York.
