Jan Eickeberg was born on October 14, 1972 . It must be noted that Jan Eickelberg was a German lawyer and university professor. Concerning education, Jan Eickelberg had his studies in Law in Bonn, Lausanne and Munster. This was between 1993 and 1999.
Eager to become a lawyer, Jan Eickelberg passed the first state examination in 1999. Later in 2003, he also passed the second state examination. He successfully completed his law studies and received a Master of Law Degree in 2001.
He was given the Master of Law degree by the University of Cambridge. He furthered his education at the University of Munster and after successful completion, he was awarded his doctorate.
He worked as a lawyer between 2004 and 2006 and he has been a notary at the Rhenish Chamber of Notaries in Cologne since 2006. Jan Eickelberg was the Managing Director of the German Notary Association from 2009 to 2011.
He was also a professor of civil law, commercial law and Corporate Law and the law of voluntary jurisdiction from 2011 at the Berlin School of Economics and Law(HWR). Between 2014 and 2016, he was the Vice President of the HWR and his concentration was on teaching and quality management in studies.

Jan Eickelberg died on August 13, 2022. He died after suffering from a serious sickness.

Before Jan Eickelberg died, he worked on and published some books.
