These rankings are specifically based on cumulative performances of these schools in the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), a prestigious competition held yearly for high schools in Ghana. About EN Analytics Top Senior High Schools Ranking
Data was taken from 229 senior high schools across the sixteen regions of Ghana for the EN Analytics Top Senior High School rankings. These national rankings were based on the number of points the schools have accumulated in the NSMQ, and also the category in which the schools have been placed by the Ghana Education Service (GES).

The EN Analytic 2024 national rankings showed how the landscape for Science and Maths pedagogy has been shifting over the past years. Some deductions made from these rankings include:
- Presec-Legon has maintained its position as the best senior high school in Ghana, accumulating a maximum of 690 points.
- Prempeh College ranks as the second best senior high school in Ghana with 620 points, equally maintaining its previous position.
- Adisadel college also remains the third best senior high school in Ghana with 572 points.
- The outstanding performance exhibited by Mfantsipim School in the 2024 NSMQ competition, propelled them from the fifth position to the fourth position with 515 maximum points.
- Meanwhile, Opoku Ware School declined from fourth position to fifth position with 470 points.
