Henriette Hendel-Schütz can be described as a German actress, mimoplastic performer, dancer and singer. Henriette Hendel-Schütz is said to have been born on February 13, 1772, but died in 1849.
It must be noted that when Henriette Hendel-Schütz was quite young, she performed at the Ekhof-Theater in Gotha. She had learnt to dance at the Ekhof-Theater in Gotha since 1775 under the tutelage of von Mereau.
Between 1779 and 1785, she was in Breslau but subsequently, she had her education at a French school in Berlin. While at the school, she was taught by Johann Jakob Engel, the author of the widely acclaimed introduction to acting Ideen zu einer Mimik.
She is said to have toured the likes of Mainz, Bonn, Amsterdam and Frankfurt am Main with Friedrich Eunicke who was her husband. Henriette Hendel-Schütz performed in theatres in Berlin between 1796 and 1806 and also performed in Halle from 1807 to 1809.
From 1808, Henriette Hendel-Schütz depicted mythological figures in the Renaissance style through paintings and statues. She presented some of these paintings and statues in Frankfurt, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and France.
She retired from the stage in 1818.
