Marracash’s real name is Fabio Bartolo Rizzo, and he is known to be an Italian rapper, singer and songwriter. Star. He used to be a member of the rap group Dogo Gang, but later became a solo artiste.
He was able to release six studio albums that reached the top 10 of the Italian Albums Chart, including two top positions with Santeria (2016) and Persona (2019). He also released several singles and collaborations which also made it to the top ten of the Italian Singles Chart seventeen times.
Marracash is known to have sold as many as 5 million copies of his works in Italy. As a matter of fact, he is one of the top-selling Italian rappers in the 2010s. He teamed up with producer Shablo in 2013 to form the independent record label Roccia Music. Roccia Music has in its fold established figures and newcomers to rap, producers and DJs. Marracash was the host of MTV Italy’s freestyle music TV program MTV Spit from 2012 to 2014.
Marracash’s mother was a custodian whereas his father was a truck driver. He had a brother. With respect to education, he graduated as an electronical technician and he recorded his first verses under the pseudonym Yuza delle Nuvole, appearing in Prodigio’s 1999 demo “The Royal Rumble”, alongside Il Guercio, Fame, Aken and Corvo D’Argento.
It was subsequently that he used the name Marracash. He was influenced by the music of Metallica and 883 when he was a kid. Currently, he takes inspiration from artists such as Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye West, DJ Khaled, Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Wu-Tang Clan

Marracash was in a relationship with Elodie but later they broke up. Marracash is currently dating fashion designer Assia Pesenti and they were spotted during a holiday in Pantelleria, sharing a passionate kiss which caught the attention of the media. Assia Pesenti is 17 years younger than Marracash. She graduated from the Istituto Marangoni in Milan.
