Wolfgang Porsche was born on May 10, 1943, and he is a German-Austrian Wolfgang Porsche is known to be a member of the Porsche family. The parents of Wolfgang Porsche are Ferdinand Porsche and Dorothea Reitz. The designer of the Porsche 911, Ferdinand Butzl Porsche is the eldest brother of Wolfgang Porsche.

It must be noted that Wolfgang Porsche initially trained to become a metalworker but he later found himself in school. He received a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Right after his university education, he established his own business. He imported Yamaha motorbikes to Austria. Later in 1976, Wolfgang Porsche joined Daimler-Benz. In 1978, Wolfgang Porsche was appointed to be a member of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG.

Porsche AG and Porsche Automobile Holding SE were brought under the Chairmanship of Wolfgang Porsche in 2007. A year later, Wolfgang was appointed to become a member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG.

It is worth mentioning that Wolfgang Porsche is a member of the board of directors of Porsche Automobile Holding. Other members of the Supervisory Board include Josef Michael Ahorner, Stefan Piech, Peter Danielli Porsche, Hans Michel Piech, Ferdinand Oliver Porsche as well as Hans-Petee Porsche. Wolfgang Porsche also serves on the supervisory board of the separately listed Volkswagen AG.

Wolfgang Porsche had two sons from his marriage with Susanne Bresser. His sons are Ferdinand Rudolf and Felix Alexander Porsche. Felix Alexander Porsche was born in 1996 and there isn’t much information about him as he has kept his life away from the media for a long time. Ferdinand Rudolf was born in 1993 and he is an architect. Ferdinand Rudolf grew up at the Schüttgut in Zell am See.

Between 1988 and 2008, Wolfgang Porsche was married to the director and screenplay writer Susanne Bresser. Wolfgang Porsche and Susanne Bresser had their divorce in 2008. They had two sons.

Wolfgang is believed to live in Zel am See in Austria. In 2019, he got married to Claudia Hubner. It must be noted that they had dated for 15 years before they got married. Surprisingly, Porsche filed for a separation from Claudia Hubner in March 2023 and this was after they had lived apart for two years.

All these came up because Claudia Hubner was suffering from dementia. Currently, Wolfgang Porsche is seen in the company of Princess Gabriella of Leiningen, who is his good friend. Princess Gabriella is the ex-wife of the Aga Khan IV.
