Charlotte Würdig, born July 11, 1978, in Oslo, Norway, is a German presenter and actress known for her work in television shows and hosting various events.
Charlotte Würdig was born in Germany to a German engineer father and a Norwegian journalist mother. Her family spent a substantial amount of time in Taiwan before relocating to Germany when she was 14 years old. She studied business administration at Accadis University in Bad Homburg.
Würdig’s entertainment career began in 2003 when she joined RTL Nord as a weather girl and worked on the RTL programme Guten Abend RTL. In May 2004, she became known and popular as the host of the afternoon show GIGA Green.
After a successful casting, she moved to ProSieben and replaced host Sonya Kraus on the home repair show Do It Yourself – SOS.
In addition to hosting, Würdig appeared on the cover of Playboy and in a photo series in October 2005, further enhancing her status in the business.
She also demonstrated her athletic ability by competing in Stefan Raab’s Wok World Championships from 2005 to 2007, where she won first place with her team in the four-way wok in 2005. She also participated with her skating partner, René Lohse, on the show Stars on Ice.
