Alan Eugene Jackson is an American singer-songwriter known for his neotraditional country style.
On October 17, 1958, he was born in Newnan, Georgia. With the release of 16 studio albums, three greatest-hits collections, two Christmas albums, and two gospel albums, Jackson has had a remarkable career.
With more than 75 million recordings sold globally, he is one of the best-selling musicians of all time.
