Sophia Thiel was born on March 13, 1995, in Rosenheim and she  is a German fitness blogger, YouTuber, bodybuilder and book author. She was said to be overweight during her youthful days. Due to that, Sophia Thiel took to bodybuilding in 2012 and lost over 25 kilograms within three years.
