Blige, and the Notorious B.I.G. The success of the label cemented Combs’s standing as a shrewd businessman and tastemaker.

Subsequent releases, including “Forever” (1999), “The Saga Continues…” (2001), and “Press Play” (2006), demonstrated Combs’ versatility and enduring influence in the music industry.

In 2009, Combs ventured into new musical territory by forming the group Diddy – Dirty Money, collaborating with singers Kalenna Harper and Dawn Richard. Together, they released the innovative album “Last Train to Paris.” Combs continued to evolve artistically, and in September 2023, he unveiled his fifth studio album, “The Love Album: Off the Grid.”

In addition to winning two MTV Video Music Awards, he is the three-time Grammy Award winner and the creative producer of MTV’s “Making the Band.” In the realm of fashion, Combs established Sean John, a retailer of apparel, in 1998. In 2004, the Council of Fashion Designers of America presented him with the Menswear Designer of the Year award, recognizing his impact on the fashion industry.
