In this post, I am going to take you through the Saudi Media Consortium net worth. If you are a Chelsea FC fan and wants to know more about the consortium that wants to acquire the team, then this is the right place to be.

In this past couple of days all football lovers especially Chelsea fans have heard the Saudi Media Consortium wants to acquire the club after Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic was sanctioned by the UK government and EU for his involvement in the Russia-Ukraine Invasion.

Well, the Saudi Media Consortium are not the only party interested in acquiring Chelsea. According to the latest reports, over 150 parties are interested in acquiring the prestigious football club, but as a Chelsea fan, I would personally like the Saudi Media to win the bidding war for the club as this would effectively make us the richest club in the world.

Yes, we will be the richest club in the world? Keep reading to find out why I am saying this.

Saudi Media Consortium Net Worth

Saudi Media is a firm known for supporting media, athletic brands, and advertising all over the world.

Saudi Media is focused on the pan-Arab broadcasting industry, with headquarters in both Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

The Chief of Saudi Media Mohamed-Al Khereiji’s net worth is estimated to be $ 2,7 billion. He is considered to be one of the Richest Arabs in the World.

However, The total net worth of Saudi Media which he head is yet to be disclosed, but according to many renowned financial experts and institutions, the company has a net worth in the region of $1.3 trillion.

Below is a table that illustrates a breakdown of the financial profile of the Saudi Media Consortium.

Industry Media;   public and investor relations
Founded 5 July 1988; 33 years ago
Headquarters Riyadh
Key people Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Rwaita (chairman)
Revenue SAR 1,066.840 million (2010)
Total assets 5,748,512,000 Saudi riyal (2019)
Owner Al Ahli Capital Fund 13 29.90%
Al Ahli Capital Fund 4 29.90%

This like I said earlier will effectively make Chelsea the richest club in the world if you know the net worth of Newcastle owners. However, it will be very difficult for the Saudi Media to acquire the club as Chelsea are hesitant to sell the club to a party with potentially problematic political or geographical affiliations to avoid going through the situation they are currently in again.
