One of Ghana’s famous influencers Ayisha Modi has expressed her opinion on the latest refix of Bob Marley’s hit single “Stir it up” featuring Ghanain rap icon Sarkodie.
On the 20th of January, 2023 a refixed version of Bob Marley’s hit song “Stir it up” was released and it featured Ghana’s Sarkodie. Apparently, Bob Marley’s team from Jamaica reached out to Sarkodie for the refix three years ago and the song was just released a few days ago, with the music video.
“This is the biggest highlight of my career” Sarkodie acknowledges that his feature with Bob Marley is the biggest thing that has ever happened in his career. He is being congratulated all over the world for this huge milestone.
However, Popular influencer Ayisha Modi is not impressed with the idea of Sarkodie on the refix of a Bob Marley track. She considers it not Sarkodie’s field and also suggested that it should have been a Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy or Jupitar to make the song suitable to her taste.She made this known in her interview with Kofi TV.
