Nick Hilton grew up in Los Angeles as the youngest daughter of Richard and Kathy Hilton. Richard Hilton is a realtor and Conrad Hilton’s grandson and heir, while Kathy Hilton is a former actress and Kim and Kyle Richards’ half-sister. Conrad “Nicky” Hilton Jr. was Nicky Hilton’s grandfather.
Her siblings include two brothers, Barron Hilton II and Conrad Hilton III, as well as an older sister, Paris Hilton.
Hilton was raised in a Catholic household and has Norwegian, German, Italian, English, Irish, and Scottish ancestors. She graduated in 2001 from the Convent of the Sacred Heart, an all-girls Catholic school on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Hilton has been married twice in her personal life. In 2004, she married her childhood friend Todd Meister in Las Vegas, but their marriage was annulled after only three months.
Hilton married financier James Rothschild, a Rothschild family member, in 2015. They are the parents of three children: two daughters born in 2016 and 2017, and a son born in 2022.

On July 10, 2015, the pair married at The Orangery in Kensington Palace Gardens, London. Hilton exchanged vows with Rothschild, a member of the aristocratic Rothschild family, in a breathtaking $77,000 Valentino Haute Couture gown.
Family and friends attended the ceremony, including Hilton’s sister, Paris Hilton, who acted as maid of honour. The couple later went on a honeymoon in Botswana.
