Early Life

Growing up, Nazan Gökdemir lived in the German town of Garbsen, which is close to Hanover. From 1987 to 1991, she received her early education at Osterberg Elementary School, where she started her educational adventure. After there, she completed her studies at the IGS Garbsen, where she did so from 1991 until 2000.

Nazan Gökdemir’s professional path led her to the GTZ, which has subsequently become GIZ, in Brussels, where she worked for a year and a half after finishing her studies.
