Mr Eazi calls out Bad Bunny for illegaly sampling Joeboy’s “Empty my pocket”

Mr. Eazi, the head of Empawa Africa’s record label, has criticized Puerto Rican rapper and vocalist for allegedly illegally sampling one of his musicians, Joeboy.

While Bad Bunny’s “Enséame a Bailar” was released in May 2022, Joeboy’s “Empty My Pocket” was published in June 2021.

Bad Bunny, who recently performed two songs from his most recent album, “Un Verano Sin Ti,” which made history by being the first Spanish-language record to be nominated for Album Of The Year, is yet to comment to the charge.

The artist (Mr Eazi)  accused the Latin performer of plagiarizing his song “Empty My Pocket” by Joeboy. The song may be found on Bad Bunny’s YouTube, which Mr. Eazi shared.
