Claudia Pichler, born on December 2, 1985, in Munich, is a German cabaret artist and author.
She grew up in Aubing before attending Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich to study Modern German Literature, Psychology, and Politics.
Pichler’s first stage appearance was with the band “Die Drei Haxn,” when she shared the stage with Michael Well and Anni Preuss. In 2017, she finished her doctorate with Gerhard Polt on the theme of strangeness.
Her work was republished in 2019 under the title “Gerhard Polt and Others,” with a new version that was more narrative and lacked footnotes.
Pichler is a prolific author in addition to her academic achievements. She co-wrote the conversational encyclopaedia “Der Große Polt” with Gerhard Polt in 2017, which was published by Kein & Aber. This publication demonstrates her knowledge of and interest in Bavarian culture and language.
