At Central University, the hostel prices start from two thousand, two hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 2,200.00) to two thousand, five hundred and fifty Ghana cedis (GHS 2,550.00) for shared rooms accommodating four occupants. Also, for shared rooms designated for three occupants, the prices range from two thousand, seven hundred and seventy-five Ghana cedis (GHS 2,775.00) to three thousand, five hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 3,500.00). Again, the prices of single rooms start from four thousand Ghana cedis (GHS 4,000.00) to ten thousand Ghana cedis (GHS 10,000.00). Lastly, for rooms meant for two occupants, the prices range from three thousand Ghana cedis (GHS 3,000.00) to four thousand, three hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 4,300.00).

CU Male Halls (ICGC Boys Hostel)
CU Male Halls, also called ICGC Boys Hostel can be located at Central University, Miotso near Dawhenya, and it accommodates only males. Accommodation or type of room available is 1-4 in a room, and pricing is on yearly basis.
Some facilities in CU Male Halls (ICGC Boys Hostel) include Backup Generator, Regular Water Supply, Balcony for Kitchen, Gym Center, TV Room, Mini Mart, and Well Ventilated Spacious Rooms.

CU Female Hall (Old Girls)
CU Female Hall, also called Old Girls can be located around Central University, Miotso – a 9 minutes walk from campus. Type of room available is 1-4 in a room, and pricing is on annual basis.
CU Female Hall has facilities such as Wifi, Water, Salon, Study room, Kitchenette on each floor, TV Room, etc.
