Heino Ferch can be described as a German film, theatre and television actor. Heino Ferch was born on August 18, 1963, and even though he has played roles in different films, he is widely known for the roles he played as Albert Speer in Downfall (2004) and Harry Melchior in The Tunnel (2001).

Heino Ferch was born to a merchant sea captain. While in grammar school, Heino Ferch made an appearance on stage when he was fifteen years old. He was a member of the stage ballet company and in the musical Can-Can, Heino Ferch performed the tumbling acrobatics at the Stadttheater Bremerhaven.

It must also be noted that Heino Ferch traveled through Europe as a federal member of the National League of Gymnastics. The wife of Heino Ferch is Marie-Jeanette Ferch. She is a German eventing rider and polo player in the amateur league. Marie-Jeanette Ferch was born on December 25 , 1976 in Bavaria. Marie-Jeanette Ferch is the daughter of a former eventing eventer and comes from a Bavarian family of building contractors.

She won her first equestrian competition on the saddle of a pony named Pedro – at the age of four and at age 12, she won the cross-country riding event at the Junior Championships in Warendorf with a grade of 9.8 Marie-Jeanette Ferch was a member of the Bavarian eventing squad and, up to and including 2002, a member of the German national championship eventing squad.

She got married to Heino Ferch in 2005.
