Florence Kasumba can be described as a Ugandan-born German actress. She was born on October 26, 1976, and she is currently 47 years old. It must be noted that Florence Kasumba is widely known for the role she played as Ayo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: Civil War(2016), Black Panther (2018), Avengers: Infinity War(2018), and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022).

She also featured in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021). Florence Kasumba is also known to have featured in some German and Dutch films. She played the role of Senator Acantha in the movie Wonder Woman (2017) and also played the role of Shenzi in The Lion King (2019).

Florence Kasumba also starred in the Wicked Witch of the East in the NBC television series titled Emerald City(2017). She was born in Kampala and her childhood days were spent in Essen, Germany. Concerning education, Florence Kasumba attended elementary and high school in Essen, Germany.

She got the inspiration to become a performer after she had witnessed the musical Starlight Express at age 12. Florence Kasumba has a degree in Acting, Singing and Dancing from the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg in the Netherlands.
