Ekrem Bora Death
On April 1, 2012, Ekrem Bora passed away in an Istanbul hospital at the age of 78. His demise was attributed to a pulmonary edema, leaving a void in the world of Turkish cinema. The loss was deeply felt by his fans and the entire film industry. He was laid to rest at the Zincirlikuyu Cemetery on April 3, 2012.
